Cancellations

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not refunded.

6 Partner Obligations

If you register as a Partner on our platform (Doctor, Clinic, or Hospital), you agree to maintain active and valid medical licenses, provide accurate credentials, and adhere strictly to the medical code of ethics in Nepal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any partner account found violating these standards.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Nepal. Ghar Mai Upachar and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
